Cette \u00e9volution, inscrite dans la loi de finances pour 2025, pr\u00e9voit plusieurs modifications cl\u00e9s du dispositif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9largissement du PTZ \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le PTZ \u00e9tait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux primo-acc\u00e9dants souhaitant acqu\u00e9rir un logement neuf dans des zones g\u00e9ographiques sp\u00e9cifiques, principalement les zones A, A bis et B1, o\u00f9 la demande de logements d\u00e9passe l&rsquo;offre. \u00c0 compter du 1\u1d49\u02b3 avril 2025, cette restriction g\u00e9ographique sera lev\u00e9e, rendant le PTZ accessible sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire fran\u00e7ais, sans distinction de zone. Cette mesure vise \u00e0 encourager l&rsquo;achat de logements neufs partout en France et \u00e0 soutenir le secteur de la construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.journaldeleconomie.fr\/le-pret-a-taux-z-zero-elargi-a-toute-la-france-en-2025-qui-en-profitera\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">journaldeleconomie.fr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9int\u00e9gration des maisons individuelles dans le dispositif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre modification notable concerne les types de biens \u00e9ligibles au PTZ. Alors que le dispositif \u00e9tait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment limit\u00e9 aux logements neufs en immeubles collectifs, la r\u00e9forme de 2025 r\u00e9int\u00e8gre les maisons individuelles parmi les biens pouvant \u00eatre financ\u00e9s par le PTZ.
